What happens to your information.

Access requests and business inquiries

Our forms ask for your name, work email, company, and a short message. The message is optional when requesting early access. We also receive basic referral and delivery information. We use this to answer your inquiry and operate the form. An access request is saved as a business inquiry. It does not create an account, enroll you in a paid plan, or guarantee platform access.

Account registration and company setup

New accounts must verify their email and wait for AccurLoan access approval before creating a company. We retain verification and review status and send account-related emails about these steps.

Registration asks for your name, email, and a password. Company setup asks for your company name, business type, and timezone. You can also share your portfolio size and how you heard about us. We use these details to secure your account, prepare your workspace, and send account-related emails.

Optional public-site analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand public page visits and inquiries received through the contact form. We send only the public page path and a general inquiry category, not your name, email, company, message, loan information, or account credentials. We do not use advertising cookies. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics preferences below. We use browser storage and a necessary preference cookie to remember your choice. Choices expire after 180 days. Browser privacy signals keep analytics off, and analytics remains off if we cannot save your preference.

What not to send

Do not submit loan files, borrower or lender personal information, account or routing numbers, tax information, or payment details. The contact form is for business inquiries, not loan applications or servicing requests.

Access and requests

Authorized AccurLoan operators may review inquiries and company setup information. Infrastructure providers may process the information needed to run the site and accounts. Inquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@accurloan.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
